Newly converted into a 3-bedroom accommodation, Renoir has a comfortable and rustic feel with all the mod cons that you would expect from a holiday home, in fact from your own home.
Tastefully decorated in a minimalist style, Renoir provides you with a large living and dining room complete with comfy seating and dining for 6. We have installed a surround sound DVD / CD player complete with 5 speakers to give you the best sound possible whether you are listening to James Blunt, Elvis Presley or watching your favourite DVD’s.
Televisions and video players are available on request at no extra charge.
The light and airy kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to create mouth-watering dishes to your hearts content from traditional French cuisine to sandwiches and salads. For your convenience we have included a dishwasher, washing machine; full sized cooker, a fridge/freezer (to keep that white wine cool), a microwave and a programmable coffee maker so you can wake up to that fresh coffee smell in the morning.
The two French doors lead directly to the garden and have a view of the 14m x 6m salt water pool and are ideal for allowing the fragrant summer breeze to blow through your home. All the floors are wooden and have been coated with a diamond hard varnish to protect them from damage.
Outside you have your own decked private patio area with seating for 6 plus 2 sun loungers with an excellent view of the pool. We also provide you with a BBQ to cook up those tasty steaks, juicy chops, succulent prawns or just plain sausages and burgers.
At the top of the stairs you will find the shower room, complete with toilet and hand basin. The shower is a hydro multi-jet cubicle, which will give you an exhilarating and unusual experience.
All three of the bedrooms lead off the upstairs hall.
The Master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space, a chest of drawers and a large velux roof window with a blind; the room has many exposed beams and is tastefully decorated.
Bedroom two has twin beds and has views over the back garden and pool. There are also many exposed beams in this room plus a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom three is the smallest of the three and has bunk beds, it has a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and there is a view out of the window over the back garden and of the pool.
All rooms have a standard of 2 pillows per person but more are available on request, all pillows and duvets will be hollow fibre or hypoallergenic. Bed linen and towels for use in the home are provided; please bring towels to use around the pool.
